We are happy to continue to offer our loyal Naartjie Kids customers the option of ordering through our Naartjie Kids Online Store or through any participating US retail store. To order through a retail store simply call or e-mail your requests to your favorite participating US retail store.

Domestic Ordering & Shipping Services

Introducing two new expedited shipping options. Now choose from three easy ship options... Standard, Three Business Day and Next Business Day.

Domestic Shipping Services

  • Naartjie Kids now offers expanded shipping options to better meet your online shopping needs. This includes the following easy ship options: Standard Shipping, Three Business Day and Next Business Day.
  • Customers may order Naartjie Kids merchandise directly through our online store or by calling or e-mailing the participating Naartjie Kids store of their choice. Check our Naartjie Kids store locations page for stores that are set up to accept phone/e-mail orders.
  • The Standard Domestic Shipping option, as listed in the chart below, is available for both online and US domestic retail store orders. Please note that expedited shipping options (three day business day express and next business day) are not available through our retail stores.
  • For all phone and e-mail orders placed through one of our participating stores, please limit your correspondence to one store of your choice to expedite the ordering and shipping process. The store of your choice will try to accommodate your requests and/or recommend alternatives for your shopping convenience.
  • Naartjie Kids will ship to most locations within the United States, including Military (APO/FPO) addresses and U.S. Territories... unless otherwise noted.
  • We ship primarily via USPS and UPS services based on package size, ship to location, weight, service level and other factors. Shipping & Handling charges, as outlined below, are based on the shipping service you choose. We now offer three Easy Ship Options to better meet your personal and gifting needs.
  • All Standard orders received Monday through Saturday through our online store are generally processed within 1 to 2 days. Orders received Thursday and Friday will be shipped no later than Monday. For some major promotional events processing may take an additional day.
  • Deliveries for standard shipping takes between 3 to 8 business days after order processing for most locations within the U.S. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays.
  • Deliveries through the U.S. Postal Service are made Monday through Saturday (holidays excluded).
  • All Items shipped via UPS can be tracked and are delivered Monday through Friday.
  • Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order. Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may delay orders an additional five to seven business days.

For Standard and 3 Business Day Express Orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MST, Monday through Friday, are processed within 1 - 2 business days upon credit card validation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Occasionally, during large promotional events, there may be an additional delay.

For Next Business Day Orders, all orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MST, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via UPS the following business day usually before 3:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) MT on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday).

Please note: Shipment re-routes, address corrections and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery and Expedited orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.


Standard Delivery
Orders shipped via Standard Delivery typically will be delivered within 3-8 business days, via UPS or USPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Standard Delivery with Naartjie Kids includes street address and P.O. Box shipments within the continental U.S. In addition, Standard Delivery is also available for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses or U.S. Territories. The U.S. Territories include Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, the Pacific Islands, Guam and American Samoa. Please note that there is generally added delivery time for shipments to AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories.

3 Business Day Express Delivery
Orders shipped via 3 Business Day Express typically will be delivered within 1-3 business days via UPS. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Sorry, Three Business Day Express Delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories and some rural areas of the US.

Next Business Day Delivery
All orders received prior to 12 p.m. (noon) MT, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day upon credit card validation, and delivered via UPS the following business day usually before 3:00 p.m. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) MT on Fridays will ship out on Monday, pending credit card validation (unless Monday is a Holiday). Next Business Day Delivery is limited in select areas. For details on service locations, visit Sorry, Next Business Day Delivery is not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes, AK, HI, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. Territories and some rural areas of the US. Some rural areas of the US may take up to two business days.

Gift Cards
Shipments that contain Gift Cards only will ship via standard delivery at no cost and usually arrive within 3 to 8 business days. For a $7.50 charge, we will ship your Gift Card only order 3 Business Day Express via UPS or Priority Mail. If you need a gift card immediately, we suggest you consider our virtual Naartjie Kids e-gift card through our web site. Your e-gift card can be delivered online to your recipient of choice the same day... easy, fast, no fees and usable on line and in any US retail store.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

  • Through a Domestic Retail Store: Shop for everyone on your list in a single transaction. When you request us to ship items from one order to different addresses within the United States or internationally, you will be billed based on the retail amount shipped to each individual address.
  • Through Our Online Store: Orders to be shipped through our online store and going to different mailing addresses will require a separate order transaction process for each mailing address.


Ordering through our USA or Canadian web stores will usually provide you with the most expeditious ordering and shipping process, with the most options. Orders may be placed by phone or e-mail through a U.S. Naartjie Kids Retail Store. Check our U.S. retail store listing for participating stores. Please limit your correspondence to one store to expedite the ordering and shipping process.

  • Payments for all orders are in U.S. funds.
  • All orders for domestic destinations will ship via Standard Delivery only at the same pricing as noted in the Standard Delivery chart above. Expedited shipping services are not available through our retail stores.
  • International destinations will be delivered via USPS First Class International, USPS Priority Mail International or UPS and are typically delivered within 10 to 21 business days from shipping date.
  • Tracking is dependent on the shipping service provider.
  • A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent to the person placing the order when the order is shipped.
  • Shipping and handling fees for shipping destinations outside of the USA and its Territories will be charged based on our actual cost of shipping. Shipping costs are based on the total shipping weight of the package to a single destination, plus:
    • A $3.00 charge for packaging, processing and customs documents for international orders that are ordered and shipped through a participating U.S. Naartjie Kids retail store.
    • Orders shipping to some countries may be charged an additional document fee as required by select countries.
  • You will be notified of the total shipping & handling charge from the store prior to any billing.
  • Please note that international shipments through a retail store will not reflect your duties and taxes. The carriers will charge the recipient (including gift recipients) all applicable duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees at the time of delivery.
  • For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees for your destination, we suggest that you contact your local customs office.

Shipping & Ordering Through Our Canadian Web Store

We are excited to have our New Canadian web store and fulfillment center to better serve our Canadian customers. This allows us to provide better services, faster and more competitive shipping, without the extra duty costs. We ship to all provinces within Canada on our new site. Canadian customers interested in placing orders for shipping addresses outside of Canada will need to do so through our website.

This will also allow us to offer our Canadian customers a broader range of services now only available to our USA customers through our USA web store:

  • No duties, customs or brokerage fees
  • Faster shipping via Expedited Parcel through Canada Post
  • Three to seven day shipping to most Canadian locations after processing

How to Order

Shop as you normally would. When you proceed to "Outside U.S. Checkout", your secure transaction will be completed with iGlobal Stores. Our partner iGlobal will calculate and display a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes.

Currency Exchange Rates

Duties & Taxes

Please note that our product prices on the web do not include duties and taxes. All duties and taxes, where applicable, will be calculated at checkout.

Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. International taxes, tariffs and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total at Checkout and can be viewed under Duties & Taxes.

Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that our e-commerce partner iGlobal Stores supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and taxes/VAT for your order at checkout.

Payment Methods & Billing

Various payments options will be available through the iGlobal Stores checkout process and may vary by country. Basic payment options include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal for international orders. Your credit card will be billed by iGlobal Stores when your package is shipped. Your transaction will appear as "Interpay iGlobal" on your credit card statement.

Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

During the Checkout process you will be presented with options to prepay duties and taxes. At check out with our e-commerce partner you will also be provided with a guaranteed order total in your local currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by iGlobal Stores. This transaction will show as “interpay iGlobal” on your credit card statement. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as COD charges if you select the option to pre-pay duties & taxes.

Shipping Options & Charges

International shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the chosen service level (Standard/Express), the number of purchased items, the weight of the items and the destination country postal code. During Checkout, international shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by iGlobal Stores based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping option and your shipping destination.

International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address. We cannot ship single international orders to multiple addresses at this time.


Naartjie Kids fulfills most international orders within two business days of receiving your order. Please keep in mind time-zone differences. International orders usually arrive within 4-14 business days depending on your chosen shipping method. "Business days" means: Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays. Upon checkout on the iGlobal Stores checkout page, you will see estimated shipping times based on the shipping options available to your country. Occasionally orders may be held in customs for examination. However, we have taken steps and use procedures and documentation that have proven to minimize customs delays. Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction!

Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.


We cannot offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally.

International orders must be returned via iGlobal Stores and must be authorized using a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Please contact iGlobal Customer Service (see contact information below) to process this form and receive shipment documentation. Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent with this form to iGlobal. iGlobal Stores will credit your account upon receipt of the merchandise.

Returns sent without the appropriate documentation may not be refunded the full amount. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges. We cannot refund duties, taxes and tariffs if an item is returned directly to a Naartjie Kids retail store.

Price Adjustments
For online purchases we offer a onetime price adjustment within 7 days of the date of original purchase. For an online adjustment please e-mail us at and include your original transaction number and specify your request.

A credit will be processed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Price adjustments will not be allowed on some orders that receive promotion discounts (e.g. Kids Kash). Online orders can only receive price adjustments as a result of a change to the price of the item at Online orders cannot receive price adjustments in our retail stores.

Please note that this adjustment policy may not apply on individually specified special promotions where "no price adjustment on prior sales" is specified.


Unfortunately there are a few restrictions on international orders that you should be aware of:

  • The maximum order value for international shipment is US$2,500.
  • Gift Services are not available to international customers due to customs restrictions.
  • Naartjie Kids Gift Cards cannot be sold or redeemed internationally at this time.
  • Certain items in our online catalog may be unavailable for international shipping.
  • Some items, depending on the destination country, may not be available for international shipment. International customers will be notified if a restricted item is identified prior to checkout.
